Warranty Manager
What You'll Do
- Intake, triage, and schedule all warranty and service requests
- Inspect on site, determine root cause, and document findings with photos
- Coordinate repair crews and manufacturer material claims
- Track warranty trends and feed fixes back into our build standards
- Close every ticket with a satisfied homeowner and a review request
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in construction service, warranty, or punch-list management
- Able to diagnose deck framing, fastener, decking, and railing issues
- Excellent documentation habits and follow-through
- Diplomatic under pressure with upset homeowners
- Valid driver's license and clean record
