Salesperson / Deck Design Consultant
What You'll Do
- Run pre-set in-home design consultations across our service area
- Measure, design layouts, and select decking and railing systems
- Build accurate estimates and present clear, honest pricing
- Follow up consistently until the homeowner decides
- Hand off clean, complete sold jobs to production
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in-home or B2C sales (home improvement strongly preferred)
- Understand deck construction well enough to design and price it
- Self-driven, organized, and consistent in follow-up
- Comfortable with design/estimating software and a CRM
- Reliable vehicle, valid license, clean record
