You are the person who makes the schedule real. You run multiple deck builds at once, hold crews to our standard, and keep homeowners informed from demo to final walkthrough.

Production Supervisor
What You'll Do
- Schedule crews, deliveries, inspections, and permits across active builds
- Run daily field checks on quality, safety, and site cleanliness
- Own the homeowner relationship during the build — proactive updates, no surprises
- Solve field problems fast and document changes accurately
- Complete quality walkthroughs and punch lists before final invoicing
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years managing residential construction production (decks or exteriors preferred)
- Deep understanding of deck framing, ledger flashing, footings, and code
- Strong organizer — you live in the calendar and the punch list
- Calm, clear communicator with crews and homeowners
- Valid driver's license and clean record
