What You'll Do
- Demo, framing, decking, railings, stairs, and trim on residential decks
- Install composite, PVC, and pressure-treated systems to manufacturer spec
- Work from our plans and material lists, flagging issues before they get buried
- Keep the site tidy and homeowner-friendly every single day
- Pass our quality walkthrough before final invoice
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years building decks (not just general carpentry)
- Your own truck, tools, and a reliable 2–4 person crew
- General liability insurance and workers' comp certificates
- Comfortable pulling accurate measurements and reading framing plans
- Professional with homeowners — no yelling, no smoking on site, no surprises
