These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dek's Decks website and SMS messaging program. By submitting your phone number through our quote form, you agree to these terms.

Dek's Decks may send SMS text messages to the mobile phone number you provide for the following purposes:

• Quote request follow-up

• Appointment and estimate reminders

• Project updates and scheduling notices

• Customer service communications

Messages will only be sent in connection with your deck project request or active project.

Message frequency varies based on where you are in the quote and project process. You may receive a few messages when we are scheduling your estimate or consultation, and additional messages during active project phases. Typically, you will not receive more than a few messages per week.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier and messaging plan. Dek's Decks does not charge you directly for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for received or sent messages. Contact your carrier if you are unsure about your plan.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Dek's Decks. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

If you need help with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly. You can also call us or email us using the contact information on this page.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You can request a free quote, hire Dek's Decks, or communicate with us without agreeing to SMS messaging. If you do not consent, we will follow up by phone or email instead.

Your phone number and other information are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. View our Privacy Policy for more details.
